What to expect
A festive gathering of woodland creation
This is a practical, outdoor workshop that celebrates the season. Join us in the beautiful, diverse woodland surroundings of White House Farm to forage and create your own festive decorations to take away with you, as gifts or to keep and enjoy. We will be using a selection of fresh and pre-cut greenery to make natural, compostable Christmas wreaths and hanging or table decorations. Learn how seasonal materials and herbs can be incorporated into your designs, and the symbolism behind these native herbs.
Need to Know
This is a small, relaxed, practical workshop that focuses on seasonal creation and celebration using herbs. We will be based outdoors in the New Wood Hidden Glade at White House Farm, moving about the beautiful woodland surroundings to forage our materials. You will also be able to choose from pre-cut greenery. Please bring suitable, sturdy footwear and warm clothes. We will have a fire, make mulled wine and Christmas chai tea to celebrate whilst making our natural decorations. There will be a covered seating area should there be rain. Please bring your own packed lunch. Seasonal herbal snacks and tea will be provided, along with all materials and tools.

Sarah is a qualified Herbologist and is certified in Food Hygiene, Outdoor First Aid, and DBS registered.
