Seasonal gathering: Yarrow

Some images from recent collections of Achillea millefolium, gathered from White House Farm around the Herbernaculum studio in Suffolk. This yarrow will be dried and infused for my ‘Through the Yarrows’ herbal soap recipe. To dry your own herbs for winter use (or for everlasting flower arrangements), groups stems into loose bunches, tie with twine, and hang upside down in a warm, airy space. Ideally keep out of bright/direct sunlight as this will fade the colours of your flowers.
