I’m back in my workshop after a fantastic new roof has been added, and enjoying delivering workshops and planning more for the festival period and afterwards. I’m looking forward to various planned collaborations on the farm including with permaculture practitioner, Nigel and Suffolk forest bathing guide, Laura, and with planting and developing the herb beds around the workshop.

As many of our wild and planted herbs reappear, and the cherry trees come into blossom, it is a beautiful environment with so much potential for green pharmacy, especially at this time of year.
