What to expect
This is a walking workshop that focuses on native plants in their local habitat.
Together, we will be exploring the native plants along Suffolk’s coastline, their herbal properties, conservation, and how to identify them during Winter dormancy. The beach-clean is totally optional, and apart from anything, it is simply a useful way to discover the plants and discuss their unique botanical adaptions to their environment. It also enables us to understand the vulnerability of these unique herbs and how we may help protect them. A warm, herbal tea and snack will be provided.
Need to know:
This is a small group event, to minimise our impact on the native flora and their habitats. You will be notified of the exact location to meet with confirmation of your booking. Please come dressed appropriately for the weather conditions on the day. We look forward to walking with you!
